All Unclaimed/Unpaid Dividend up to The financial year ended March,31,2001 Have been transferred to the investor Education and Protection Fund of the Central Government pursuant to Section 205 C of the companies Act,1956.
Further the dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2002 will be transferred to the said fund in November, 2009. all the members. Who have not encased their dividend warrants for the aforesaid year may approach the company for obtaining duplicate dividend warrants/revalidation of dividend warrants. |
