The Nahar Spinning Mills Limited (Acquirer) has revised the Offer price from Rs.40/- (Forty) per fullypaid up equity shares to Rs.50/- (Fifty) per fully paid up equity shares for acquiring 2437251 fully paid up equity shares of Nahar Poly Films Limited (Target). The supplemental public Announcement has already been published in the News papers i.e. Business standard (English), Desh Sewak (Punjabi) and Nav Shakti (Marathi) on 26.11.2010.
